Troubleshooting

Our system may experience both planned and unplanned outages.  Planned outages are listed on our employment page. 

Our system supports the following browsers.  If you have difficulty, you may want to try a different browser or different version.

  • Firefox 3.5, 3.6 and 7
  • Safari 3, 4, and 5
  • Internet Explorer 7, 8, and  9

For technical support, contact the service desk by email: service.desk@cuny.edu .  If you can, provide screenshots.  Please do not provide your account password.

You can also try the following if you have technical difficulty:    

  • Close all windows using the browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies for the browser
  • Try accessing our system from a different network location
  • Go directly to our site from the cuny.edu menu, and not via bookmarks.
