Information For Callers
We are pleased to announce that this year's CUNY/Daily News Citizenship NOW! Call-in is being held from Monday April 28th until Friday May 2nd.
Volunteers will be standing by, ready to provide those interested in obtaining U.S. citizenship with free, confidential information. Volunteers can also refer you to free and low cost immigration services in your area and provide information about English and civics classes. All volunteers are under the supervision of Citizenship Now! staff attorneys, the Legal Aid Society and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) attorneys, and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) accredited representatives.
Since the Call-in first began in 2004, we have helped over 123,000 people obtain free information. Phone lines will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day, and assistance is available in a variety of languages.
We look forward to helping you get the information that you and your family need. If you would like to know more about the call-in please click here.
