NanoFabrication Facility (NanoFab) is a shared research facility open to students, faculty, research staff, government, and industrial partners. The facility offers a comprehensive set of tools that enables researchers to develop new micro and nanoscale devices, such as integrated circuits, nanophotonic and solid state devices, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and microfluidic systems.

For users, the ASRC NanoFab provides an opportunity to perform hands on research with some of the world's most sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of materials at the micro and nanoscales. In addition to these resources, access to other shared equipment that is located in partner labs throughout the ASRC and CUNY facilities is also available.
