Drew Allen

Drew Allen is the Director of Research and Evaluation for Collaborative Programs. Since joining CUNY in 2008, he has led and conducted a wide variety of research and program evaluation projects for the University’s college readiness programs in NYC public schools across the city. Mr. Allen is currently conducting an analysis of the impact of College Now participation on students’ postsecondary outcomes. Prior to joining Collaborative Programs, Mr. Allen worked as a senior quantitative researcher for the Screen Actors Guild. He holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Arkansas. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Administration at the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University with a focus on education policy and economic development.
Stefanie Bruno

Ms. Bruno joined CUNY Collaborative Programs Research and Evaluation Unit in September 2008. She has assisted in the design and implementation of evaluation plans for several pre-college education programs that included both quantitative and qualitative components. Prior to joining Collaborative Programs, Ms. Bruno conducted job analyses for the Port Authority of NY & NJ and constructed and administered oral, written and practical examinations. Ms. Bruno is currently A.B.D. in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Ph.D. program at Baruch College. She has presented several of her research projects at annual conventions for the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, Association for Psychological Science, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as co-authored two papers.
Adenike Huggins

Adenike Huggins joined CUNY Collaborative Programs Research and Evaluation Unit in August 2011 as Policy and Research Analyst after working with the CUNY School Support Organization and Early College Initiative since 2007. In her former role, Ms. Huggins' work included managing a database of college coursetaking for early college schools and providing program evaluation. She also designed and conducted professional development around use of data tools to inform instructional and programmatic planning at schools. Ms. Huggins had an opportunity to create an evaluation plan and design surveys for a pre-college summer program, co-author the final report, and present program recommendations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and an MPA with a focus on Policy Analysis and Evaluation both from Baruch College.
Tara Wildhagen

Tara Wildhagen joined the CUNY Collaborative Programs Research and Evaluation Unit in August 2011 as a Research Analyst. Prior to joining the Collaborative Programs team, Ms. Wildhagen worked as a survey statistician at the U.S. Census Bureau where she was responsible for reviewing and analyzing data from the American Community Survey. In her role at the Census Bureau, Ms. Wildhagen was involved in several research teams, and presented her research at conferences and to community organizers. Ms. Wildhagen holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri.
BRANDEN ADAMS

Branden Adams joined CUNY Collaborative Programs in July 2011 as a Program Assistant. Prior to joining the Collaborative Programs team, he worked as a Junior Research Partner at the Radcliffe Institute of Advanced Study in Cambridge, MA, reading primary docuements in the history of slavery, capitalism, and imperialism in antebellum America.
