How to Apply

Students interested in the Helena Rubinstein Continuing Education Scholarship Fund must fill out an application. Applications are available in Continuing Education offices at most CUNY colleges. All prospective applicants must meet with a Scholarship Fund Liaison at the college where they plan to enroll in training to begin the application process.
