The University values its diversified student population. As a result, CUNY is committed to assist international students in adjusting to the academic requirements and to the cultural practices of the University by creating a supportive environment that is conducive to the students’ needs. Insurance for International Students
International student insurance is now available through the CUNY-UnitedHealthcare insurance plan . Whether you are a J-1 student who is required to maintain insurance coverage or an F-1 student who wants access to comprehensive and affordable medical care, you may choose to apply for insurance coverage through this plan.
