Luc Raymond, originally from Haiti, has been living in Brooklyn, NY since 2005. In 2011 he became a volunteer with CUNY Citizenship Now!. Since then, he has attended countless events, including the Haitian TPS and Citizenship application assistance events as well as trainings, in both screening and application assistance.
