Make a Tax-Deductible Donation to assist in the aftermath of Earthquake in NEPAL


CUNY has established a fund for charitable donations to assist Nepal in the aftermath of the tragedy.  Tax-deductible donations can be made via check or money order payable to CUNY Research  Foundation with memo indicating “Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund 78511-00-15”.  The money collected will be distributed to a reputable agency providing direct support to the victims.

SingleStopUSA – These community college offices provide temporary assistance with lost food, shelter, clothing, etc. for qualifying individuals (SNAP).

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) <pdf>- Provides help with purchases lost because of Hurricane Sandy. Check with your local Food Stamp Center. For forms and deadline information click here. <pdf>
