How do I use 24-Hour Customer Service?

You can obtain information about your TSA 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when and however it's most convenient for you. You can visit the Cardholder Website at www.efundscard.com or call the Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-888-606-7058.

Customer Service Center

To obtain your account information when you want it, use the automated Customer Service Center. Have your TSA Card number and PIN handy and call 1-888-606-7058. First determine the language you want to use. (Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.) Your options follow.

  • Press 1: To get account information such as balance, withdrawals, or deposits. (You must have your TSA Card number and PIN available.)
  • Press 2: To report your TSA Card lost or stolen.
  • Press 3: To activate your TSA Card. (You must have your TSA Card number and the last four digits of your social security available. Once the TSA Card is activated, you must select a four-digit PIN.)
  • Press 4: To change your PIN. (You must have your TSA Card number and existing PIN available.)
  • Press 0: To speak with a Chase Bank Customer Service Representative.

If you are calling from a rotary phone, just stay on the line and you will be automatically transferred to a Customer Service Representative.

You can:

  • Activate your card
  • Select or change your PIN
  • Check your account balance and review transaction history
  • Learn more about TSA Card features and benefits
  • Contact JPMorgan Chase Bank via e-mail

Cardholder Login

Using the Cardholder website is easy. To begin, enter your TSA Card number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then click on the "Login" button. You can also review the menu items in the left-hand navigational bar. Simply point and click on the function you would like to perform (for example: login, activate card, review frequently asked questions, learn more about Chase E-Funds, report your card lost or stolen).

Activating your TSA Card

To activate your new TSA Card, enter your TSA Card number on the screen in the space indicated. Then enter the activation code, which is the last four digits of your social security number. Next, click on the "Submit" button.

Note: You will receive a confirmation that your activation request has been submitted, but your card will not be activated until the following business day. If you activate your TSA Card over the weekend, it will be ready for use on the second business day.

Getting Information About Your TSA

You can click on any of the following menu items in the left-hand navigational bar to get information about your TSA:

  • Account Summary
  • Account Information
  • Transaction History
  • Accessing Transaction History

In addition to viewing a summary of your TSA, you can access 13 months of account transaction history in 30-day increments by clicking on the "Transaction History" button.
