Interviews
Cambridge Hill Partners will interview stakeholders from around the University. These stakeholders include: Trustees, Members of the Chancellery, Presidents, Provosts, Deans, Faculty, Leaders of Centers/Institutes/Initiatives, HR Directors, and Affirmative Action Officers. The interviews will focus on personal observations and assessment of the University’s challenges and opportunities in terms of increasing the representation of underrepresented groups and for strengthening the climate for diversity and inclusion across the University.
