The Newman Vertical Campus $354 million
This 17-story, 808,000-square-foot campus houses 100 high-technology classrooms and research facilities; a three-level athletics and recreation complex; a student activities center; theaters and an executive conference center; food court; and campus bookstore.

Fiterman Hall Replacement $325 million
This new facility will replace former office building that BMCC lost on 9/11. The 390,000-square-foot building contains classrooms, instructional laboratories, computer labs, faculty offices, administrative offices, student/faculty services, building services, and support functions, as well as an art gallery on the main floor.
Bronx Community College
North Instructional Building and Library $102 million
This new building will enable the college to replace out-of-date instructional space with much-needed, state-of-the-art classrooms and modern library. The 98,000-square-foot facility will have 15 large classrooms and a café on its first floor; the second floor will house the two-story information commons, along with a ring of small group-study rooms and lounge areas; the third story will have book stacks surrounding a balcony that overlooks the reading room.

The West Quad Physical Education building $137 million
This glass-fronted building now serves as both a one-stop student services center and the hub of state-of-the-art physical education and recreational facilities. The 145,000-square-foot building includes a fitness center, a competition and auxiliary gymnasium, a seventy five-foot competition pool, racquetball and squash courts, dance studio, multipurpose/volleyball room, and locker rooms.

LaGuardia Hall $100 million
This extensive renovation and expansion of Brooklyn College's original library, whose commanding clock tower serves as the College's emblem, added computerized classrooms; a New Media Center; and a 145-seat auditorium fully equipped with state-of-the-art video and computer technology.

The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture $86 million
Constructed over the framing of a building erected in the 1950s, the 182,000-square-foot architecture school now houses studios, offices, classrooms, an auditorium, a digital design laboratory, an amphitheater, a model shop, a library and an exhibit area in the five-story atrium.

Formerly home to the B. Altman Department store in midtown Manhattan, the 350,000-square-foot landmark building was redesigned as a state-of-the-art facility to meet the needs of doctoral study students at the center.

Renovation
As a result of a public-private partnership with Citigroup, CUNY School of Law is moving from its Flushing Campus to 2 Court Square in Long Island City. The University has acquired a six-floor, 260,000-square-foot condominium interest in the 14-story, environmentally green building, and is renovating the space with new classrooms, a library, clinic and offices.

Dental Hygiene Patient Clinic $7 million
The renovation of the college's 500 Grand Concourse building included the construction of a new 24-chair dental hygiene facility that serves the local Bronx community.

School of Social Work $141.3 million
A property in Harlem was purchased to relocate the school from its current leased facility on Manhattan's Upper East Side, giving the school a permanent, owned facility. This new 147,000-square-foot building will include instructional space, a library, centers and institutes, as well as house the School of Public Health and faculty housing

The 21,000-square-foot, historic Roosevelt House was renovated to accommodate the college’s Public Policy Institute and includes an auditorium as well as instructional and administrative space.

This 600,000-square-foot building will provide classrooms and lecture halls, modern forensic science labs, instructional and research laboratories, faculty offices, student activities and academic support services, administrative offices, and campus services.

The Academic Village $31 million
This 42,000-square-foot complex houses offices and classrooms, including space for tourism and hospitality, continuing education, and counseling programs, as well as a computer lab, childcare center and welcome center.

Center 3 $14 million
Initial renovation and roof replacement for Center 3, the nine-story LaGuardia C building, which houses several key areas of the college, including the Enrollment Management Center, Veterinary Technician Labs, Lecture Hall and Testing Labs.

Multimedia Center $16 million
This 22,500-square-foot facility now offers a profession-quality production studio as well as a teaching facility for students studying a wide range of disciplines--graphic arts, journalism, film, theater and music. The center also provides a new home for local filmmakers, digital artists, producers, and musicians who need access to a state-of-the-art century facility.

This campus-wide project included the installation of new fire alarm systems and an upgraded security and communication system.

New Science Facility, Phase I $77 million
This 69,000-square-foot building is the first of a three-phase facility that will create the cornerstone of the sciences at Lehman. Designed to showcase the college’s strength in plant science teaching and research, Phase I will include laboratories for interdisciplinary teaching and research, science learning centers, offices, and a research facility. The project incorporates a number of environmentally sustainable strategies and is expected to be the first CUNY building to receive a LEED Gold Rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Academic Building I $235 million
This building will help meet the college's severe space deficit, providing state-of-the-art classrooms and computer labs for all disciplines, as well as instructional labs and faculty offices for the School of Science, Health and Technology. The 195,000-square-foot structure will also house the college's main dining facility.

The college's first student residence hall is a 506-bed facility, with three wings of varying stories to complement the heights of the surrounding buildings. The Summit was designed to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements for Silver certification.

A 26,000-square-foot addition to Remsen Hall will house the college's chemistry instructional laboratories. It provides state-of-the-art, code-compliant and energy- efficient laboratories In the next phase, other renovations in Remsen Hall will be undertaken to convert vacated spaces to physical, bioorganic, and biochemistry research labs.

Kupferberg Holocaust Resource Center and Archives $6 million
This 8,000-square-foot renovation and new construction project created a renowned educational center, including an exhibition gallery, archives, resource rooms and offices.

Child Care Center $7 million
This 14,500-square-foot facility now provides child care and early childhood education for children of York students. The center has eight classrooms, a Parent/Staff Resource Room, a food preparation area and offices.
