Voorhees Facade Replacement
The entire facade of the Voorhees Building, which houses the college's Architecture and Engineering Programs, is being replaced. The new façade will preserve the facility, increase energy efficiency and provide an updated aesthetic appearance.

Field Building Renovations
The Lawrence and Eris Field Building, Baruch's 284,000-square-foot facility at 17 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan, was built in 1928 on the original site of The City College of New York. Since then, it has been used continuously with minimal upgrades. This project will renovate the building in phases, beginning with an infrastructure upgrade and continuing with the renovation of its 16 stories.

Center 3 Façade Replacement
The nearly 100-year-old terra cotta façade is deteriorating and has been slated as one of CUNY’s significant Critical Maintenance needs. The168,000-square-foot façade will be replaced with a curtain wall that will protect the interior from intrusion from the elements and prevent energy loss.
