Facilities Planning, Construction and Management
The Office of Facilities Planning, Construction and Management (FPCM) is the central administrator of the university’s capital construction program. FPCM is responsible for the University’s Capital Program and more than 290 buildings across 23 colleges and professional schools. FPCM’s emphasis is on supporting the goals of the University Master Plan, selecting projects for viability and advancing those selected from conception to completion, while working with each of the campuses to enhance CUNY’s role as the premier urban university in the country.
